Log into your 4AKC account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
